If you discard or misplace your badge, registration papers or other conference materials containing your ID number, it may take up to 3 business days to obtain your ID number through Product Support.

 

You will need your ID number in order to obtain your certificate.

Please review your EMS Today 2010 Conference certificate online as soon as possible, prior to June 30, 2010. Session Verification Request forms will not be accepted after this date.

Even if you will not print your certificate now, it is important that you review your certificate promptly to make sure that the sessions you attended appear accurately and completely on your certificate.

 

 

If session information is correct, but your name and/or license credentials are misspelled or inaccurate, CLICK HERE for information on how to proceed.

 

 

If a session that you attended does not appear on your certificate, the deadline for submitting a Session Verification Request form has expired.

 

The deadline to submit Session Verification requests is June 30, 2010. Session verification requests will not be accepted after this date.

 

If you submitted a Form prior to the deadline, please allow at least 5 business days for confirmation and completion of your request.

Why do I only have until June 30, 2010 to retrieve my certificate?

You only have until June 30, 2010 to submit requests for revisions of sessions attended. You will be able to view/print your certificate at any time after this date.

How do I access my EMS Today 2010 Conference certificate?

 

To access your certificate, enter your Badge/Registration ID number (without leading zeroes) in both the login and password fields.

 

For example, if your registration number is 0012, only enter 12 in BOTH fields.

I tried to proceed to my certificate but nothing happens. What should I do?

Make sure that pop-up blockers are OFF (disabled). You may not be able to access certificates or other documents if pop-up blockers are enabled on your computer.

I don’t have a printer. Can you mail me my certificate?

We do not print and mail certificates to attendees. You can access your certificate anywhere there is Internet access and a printer provided, such as your place of business or a public library.

I lost my badge. How do I obtain my badge/registration ID number?

You will need your ID number in order to obtain your EMS Today Conference certificate, and for submitting any inquiries regarding your attendance. The ID number is located on documents provided when registering for the conference. Contact your employer if registration was completed by them on your behalf, or refer to these documents if you still have them in your possession.

 

You may also email JEMS-support@mcstrategies.com (recommended) and request your conference badge ID number. When emailing us, be sure to include:

·         Full name as it appeared on conference documents

·         State of residence

·         Phone number where you can be reached in case we have additional questions

·         Detailed description of your request

 

Although most inquiries are handled within 24 hours, please allow up to 72 hours to receive a resolution to your issue (excluding weekends and holidays).

I entered my badge/registration ID number but my certificate doesn’t appear. What went wrong?

Double-check that you entered your ID number in both login and password fields correctly. Refer to these instructions for more information on accessing certificates.

Also, make sure that you weren’t provided with alternate registration information at the conference, for instance, if you lost or misplaced your original registration information provided prior to the conference. If this is the case, you may want to try that registration number as well (MULTIPLE REGISTRATION NUMBERS). If you are still unsuccessful with accessing your certificate, contact us.

PA Attendees only: What are the Pennsylvania-approved Con Ed Numbers for the sessions I attended?

Conference sessions have been awarded Continuing Education (Con Ed) Units as approved by the Pennsylvania Office of EMS (PA OEMS). To determine the Con Ed Units awarded for sessions you have attended as well as the PA Con Ed number assigned, select one of the following to view the 2010 PA Approved Sessions list:

Session information for Pennsylvania attendees will be forwarded to the PA OEMS on your behalf upon conclusion of the conference. You are also encouraged to print your certificate and keep a copy of it along with the PA Approved Sessions listing for your records.

A session that I attended is not listed on my certificate at all. Who do I contact? (2010 attendees only)

The deadline to submit a Session Verification Request Form was June 30, 2010 in order to correct inaccurate session information. After this date, no submissions for session corrections will be accepted. If you submitted a Form prior to this date, please allow at least 5 business days for confirmation and completion of your request.

If the session title is not listed, it means that handouts were not provided by the speaker for that particular session.

How do I open/print a handout for a session where the file seems to be too large to access?

You will have to right-click on the session title and select “Save Target As…” option from the drop-down menu that appears. This will allow you to save the file on your computer, which should eliminate the problem. Click HERE to see detailed instructions on how to accomplish this (Under Accessing Handouts).

 

If you continue to experience issues with saving the file to your computer, email Product Support JEMS-support@mcstrategies.com (recommended) and provide a detailed description of the problem.
