Before you begin


To access your Certificate, you will need:

·          Your badge ID number(s)*, so make sure to have it/them handy. 

                               Your Badge ID: ________________

                                                                             (Example: 0001234 will be entered as 1234)

*for multi-year EMS Today Conference attendees

 

 

*            Accessing your EMS Today 2010 Conference certificate

*            Printing your certificate

*            Accessing handouts

Accessing your EMS Today 2010 Conference certificate

1.                  Open a Web Browser

2.                  Type www.JEMSprepare.com in the address line and press <ENTER>. You may want to bookmark this address for future reference.

3.                  Select the Login/Register menu option on the right of the screen (Figure 1). You will then be redirected to the JEMSprepare Login page*.
*Make sure that pop-up blockers are turned OFF (disabled) because the Login page will appear in a new browser window.

4.                  Enter your Badge ID number (without leading zeroes) in the login AND password fields, then select  button (Figure 2)

Printing your certificate

1.      After entering your ID number and selecting, you will be redirected to where you can access your certificate.

2.     
Select “Click here” to access your EMS Today 2010 Conference certificate (Figure 3). Your certificate will appear in a new browser window.

 

3.      Make sure that pop-up blockers are OFF so that you will be able to view your certificate.

Accessing handouts

 

1.      After entering your ID number and selecting, you will be redirected to where you can access your session handouts.

2.      Scroll down and you will see the various links for session handouts  (see Figure 3). Right-click on the session title and select “Save Target As” from the drop-down menu that appears …then save the file in the desired location onto your computer or portable storage device.

Previous Year Attendees (2006-2009)

1.      Go to www.JEMSprepare.com and select Login/Registration  at the right of the screen (see Figure 1).

2.      Enter 99999 in the login AND password fields, then select button (See Figure 2).

3.      You will then be redirected to the page where you can enter the ID number that corresponds to the conference year you would like to access. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page (see Figure 4). You may perform one of the following:

                                                                                                                                      i.      Enter your 2009 ID number in  field and select

                                                                                                                                    ii.      Enter your 2008 ID number in  field and select

                                                                                                                                  iii.      Enter your 2007 ID number in  field and select

                                                                                                                                  iv.      Enter your 2006 ID number in  field and select

Please note:

 

EMS Today 2006 and 2007 Conference certificates will no longer be made available online after December 31, 2010.
